Responsible in leading overall operation in his group (Productivity, Improvements, Quality and Manpower Efficiency).
Must guide all his subordinates to do their work responsibilities properly and efficiently.
Responsible in planning for effectiveness and improvement of the mold and casting process.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in mechanical / electrical engineering or related field.
3-5 years experience as Tool and Die Supervisor in a Manufacturing industry.
Working knowledge of quality improvement and machine troubleshooting.
Knowlede in CNC Robodrill Operation is an advantage.
Knows how to interpret, analyze and read engineering drawing.
Strong understanding of mold and casting process.

2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
