Toll and Traffic Systems Management:
Assesses, analyzes, and strategizes operational and maintenance activities and implementation.
Plans the improvement and attainment of systems high availability with minimal or zero unscheduled downtime
. Reviews Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) reports and highlights including providing weekly updates of all corrective, routine, and preventive maintenance works.
Monitors the operational performance of all systems and equipment.
Interfaces with and monitors the performance of contractors and service providers for service level agreements alignment when needed.
Reviews and recommends the approval for the warranty period management agreements with the suppliers.
Coordinates and participates in the planning, design, and construction of new and expansion of existing projects.
Participates in the commissioning of the toll and traffic systems equipment.
Accounts, reviews, and approves acquisition of consumables and spare parts for the maintenance of equipment, tools, and other apparatus.
Provides input to innovation initiatives leveraging on on-the-ground experience and technology trends.
Analyzes equipment usage and performance against maintenance internal parameters and prepares maintenance projections accordingly.
People Management:
Manages staff in accordance with organizational policies and objectives.
Set objectives for the department and individuals aligned with company KPIs.
Provide guidance to staff regarding procedures, issues, work priorities, and projects.
Evaluate and verify employee performance through the review of completed projects.
Review and assist the team with the resolution of Technology Management related issues as they arise.
Ensure required competencies of its staff.
Control and monitor Technology Management work to ensure correct manning level and competencies.
Others:
Manage and organize the Toll and Traffic System Department to ensure functions are handled efficiently, in a sound economic way, and to customer satisfaction.
Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the Department and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
Perform job in accordance with processes and procedures stipulated in the management system and company policies.
Ensure coordination with the other disciplines and Department/Division as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering or a closely related field
Master’s degree in computer science, or an appropriate area of specialization is a plus
At least 5-8 years of experience in Toll and Traffic System Management
At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology
