TITLING ASSISTANT (RELIEVER)
 
Responsibilities and Duties:
Documentation Processing:
Prepare and process documentation for unit owner titles and tax documents.
Ensure all documentation is accurate and complies with legal requirements.
Coordination:
Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for documentation.
Liaise with government agencies to facilitate the registration process.
Customer Interaction:
Communicate with unit owners to provide updates on the status of their documentation.
Address any concerns or questions from unit owners regarding the registration process.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of all documentation and registration activities.
Prepare reports on the status of documentation and registration for the Documentation and Registration Assistant Manager.
Support:
Provide support to the Documentation and Registration Assistant Manager in managing documentation and registration.
Assist in other duties as assigned by the Documentation and Registration Assistant Manager.
Other Support:
Performs other functions when deemed necessary.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in documentation and registration.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance.
Open for contractual employment (4months only)
