Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc is an outsourcing company based in Cebu City, Philippines with clientele all over the United States. We have over 300 Rockstar employees across various industries and we are continuously expanding fast.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Timekeeping Assistant in ensuring that employee time and attendance records are accurate and up-to-date. This role will work closely with the team to ensure that employees are paid correctly and on time.
This is a full-time role and on an Onsite (Cebu-based) set-up.

Responsibilities:
Compile employees time and payroll date from time sheets and other records
Maintained and processed time and attendance records
Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases
Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal and sick leave for employees
Review and check if newly onboarded employees are entered in the system by PCMT/HR team
Review employee information such as exemptions, transfers and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records
Review timesheets and other information to detect and reconcile timekeeping discrepancies
Verify attendance, hours worked and pay adjustments and post information onto designated records
Communicate timekeeping regulations and practices to employees
Conduct audit on timekeeping hours and review daily reports for accuracy
Work with PCMT/HR Team
Qualifications:
Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying and to manage one's own time and the time of others
Ability to monitor or assess performance of oneself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
Strong mathematical and excel skills
Ability to work in a team
Graduate of a four-year course with Accounting and Timekeeping background
