Description:
Update, Manage & Track asset data regularly through Asset Management Tool.
Attend to Information technology Tickets/ Service Requests & resolve within the set SLA's.
Inventory & Store management- Managing the inward/outward of Information technology Assets through proper tracking & documentation.
Responsible for giving clearances for Information technology Asset handover by associates & recommend recoveries where required.
User management: Should be able to communicate effectively to user requirements & ensure quick resolution.
expertise on movement of Information technology equipment locally or across locations.
Good expertise of MS-Office mainly MS-Excel for managing data & reporting.
Maintain good public relations with various stakeholders & ensure requirements are fulfilled on time.
Responsible for consumables procurement, PR's creation and releasing PO's for Vendors.
Regular Vendor interactions for comparative quotes & price negotiations where required.
Submission of invoices to Finance, submission of provisions & follow up for Vendor payments where required.
