Work for this Shopify US fashion online retailer who is trending all over Tik Tok & Insta! You will play a vital role in communicating directly with their customers on Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram and email to help them purchase the right product and answer any questions.
We are looking for a highly-motivated VA/Community Manager to help them grow their business through customer loyalty. You have the freedom to serve their customers the best way you know-how (including some guidance with brand voice and basic scripts).We are looking for people, who are capable of independent work and can meet set expectations within deadlines.
On top of being a really cool company and a great place to work, you'll get the following benefits as part of the Filta Family
7:00pm to 4:00am Monday to Friday shift
HMO for yourself and one dependent within the first month
20 combined SL/VLs per year accrued from day one (you will have 10 accrued once you pass regularisation)]
30 minutes early out Fridays (after regularisation, upon completing all your tasks for the week, and if you're on time during the week)
The opportunity to be a part of Shopify Meetup Manila run by Filta every quarter. This event will expose you to the Shopify - the world's fastest growing eCommerce platform - and the ecosystem in Manila.
