- CCNP
- Nokia NRS II
- Fortinet NSE 4/7
• Minimum 6 years' experience working in complex LAN/WAN/WLAN support or implementation role. Preferably with previous experience in the service provider business facing enterprise/corporate customers. (Implementation/troubleshooting responsibilities include Core, Edge and Premise routers, switches, firewalls and NIDs)
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule/ Night Shift
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot issues with external customers and network/telecom providers
• Work with service providers and vendors to drive issues to resolution
• Carry out maintenance activities according to engineering MOP's
• Perform router and firewall activations for new and existing customers
• Perform test and troubleshooting of T1, E1, DS3, OC3, OC12 and high capacity Ethernet circuits
• Investigate and complete reason for outage (RFO) reports on all network outages
• Mentor and help train Tier I NOC Analysts
• Accept external/internal customer calls, vendors, and partners
• Perform special projects, network audits

Salary Package: Salary: 55k-65k + 3k non-taxable allowance
