The company is an online school that teaches people how to trade in the FOREX (similar to Stocks, but with foreign currencies) market.

Job Description
Provide direct technical support via telephone/chat/email for our proprietary charting softwares and our line of educational products. Examples: directing students to their course material, helping them register for webinars (audio and visual), teach them how to deploy their Auto Systems, give basic information for VPS requirements and more)
Ability to support our clients using remote desktop software.
Properly document customer interaction, product, and problem resolution steps performed within Salesforce.
In the pursuit of single contact resolution; working directly with the customer providing effective and appropriate technical support.
Identify common or frequently encountered issues and inform Tier II representatives, Team Lead and Manager.
Communicating with fellow colleagues in reproducing student issues and coming up with solutions to most common technical problems.
Qualifications
No college or technical degree required.
Must possess advanced computer operation skills.
Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
Would be Nice Features
Software related technical support experience.
Remote PC administration (LogMeIn, Teamviewer, etc...)
Working hours
9PM to 6AM Manila Time but will eventually transition to 24/7 operation.
