We are looking for highly experienced, detail-oriented Thai QA Linguist to join our team. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that the high transcription quality standards are always met. You should be a fluent Thai speaker who can also communicate in English with the project management team.
This job can be done remotely under our project management team's supervision based in Manila, Philippines. Daily rate of between USD 19 - 25 depending on experience and skill set.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Lead and train a team of Thai transcribers
Verifying and correcting transcribed audio recordings with a high level of quality and attention to detail
Providing feedback on transcribed audio files concerning major quality issues to concerned transcribers
Adhering to all confidential guidelines and respecting sensitive information
Complete a minimum of 2 hours of audio every day
Requirements and Qualifications:
Fluent speaker of Thai
Must have excellent skills in Thai (grammar, punctuation, etc.)
Must have basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Must have a good internet connection
Must have a good working laptop or computer with
Good English comprehension and communication skills to communicate with the Project Manager
STRONG research skills-the ability to use available reference tools and exhaust all resources to ensure the accuracy of the transcript
Transcription experience, a big plus but not required; and
Availability to work Monday to Saturday on demand
