Job Description.
• Handles inquiries and reports thru email, inbound phone calls, such as customer inquiries, fraud complaints
• Report immediately in the appropriate team in organization all the data collected with various or critical information.
• Responsible for handling and managing simple to mid-complex inquiries or reports from internal or external customers related to potentially fraudulent activities Responsible for resolving simple to mid-complex issues and provides possible solution in the issue
• Coordinates in a timely manner with different teams thru emails, meetings or phones calls
• Other administrative duties may be required by the business
