Requirements:
✨Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Thai language
✨ Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accountancy is an advantage
✨ At least have a year experience in Accounts Payable
✨ Work experience in Shared service companies is an advantage
✨ Good in Excel
✨ Business level in English communication
Responsibilities:
�� Responsible for processing vendors invoices and expense reports
�� Cross checking the invoices and receipts received
�� Coordinating with different company department regarding disputes
�� Responsible in checking validation and accounted the accounts in the system
�� Monitor the purchasing accruals
�� Closing books every end of month
�� Initiates payment runs with accuracy and promptness with minimum supervision
�� Ensures the application of credit notes and advances are recorded in the system
