Position: Thai Accounts Payable Specialist
Industry: Shared Services
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Schedule: Dayshift but Fixed weekends off
Salary: Php100,000-Php120,000
Work set-up: Hybrid work set -up
Requirements:
✔ Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Thai language
✔ Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accountancy is an advantage
✔ At least have a year experience in Accounts Payable
✔ Work experience in Shared service companies is an advantage
✔ Good in Excel
✔ Business level in English communication
Responsibilities:
✔ Responsible for processing vendors invoices and expense reports
✔ Cross checking the invoices and receipts received
✔ Coordinating with different company department regarding disputes
✔ Responsible in checking validation and accounted the accounts in the system
✔ Monitor the purchasing accruals
✔ Closing books every end of month
✔ Initiates payment runs with accuracy and promptness with minimum supervision
✔ Ensures the application of credit notes and advances are recorded in the system
