Product maintenance and support in high volume semiconductor test manufacturing
Problem analysis in case of Yield problems
Package Test throughput optimisation
Attain target yield as per C-spec
Analysis and disposition of low Yield Batches
Close Cooperation with Test Engineers, Design, Fabrication, Product Engineer and Assembly, working in Cross Functional Teams to improve final test yield and product quality.
Perform Engineering Change Orders
Perform Correlations between different Test Setups and solve correlation problems
Drive cost reduction by test time reduction and Yield improvement
Perform such other related task
Your education and experiences
Bachelor/ Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering/electrical Engineering or equivalent
Experience and knowledge about Semiconductor Technology
Good communication skills
