The Role
As a Test Finance & Administration Analyst you will be responsible for the administrative, operational and financial support of Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE). Duties include performing tasks related to finance and administrative activities, resource planning and management, vendor management, procurement and hiring, and implementation of bank`s wide administrative activities. You will ensure all activities are done effectively and efficiently so that all other operations will function well and performs task assigned by the Test Finance & Administration Lead.
How you'll contribute
Assist the Test Finance & Administration Lead to safeguard vendor contracts, prepare invoicing and billing.
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
Prepare the inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material, tools, & devices and endorse for approval.
Responsible to make operations adhere to policies and regulations aligned with organization's requirements and activities such as Business Continuity, Location & Offices, and Health & Security.
Assist in financial reporting whilst ensuring that the programme and projects adhere to the corporate financial processes.
Organize other office activities (Fire drills, Townhall, event planning etc.).
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Commerce, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or related courses.
With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Knowledgeable on office management procedures.
Must have strong communication (both written and verbal), time management skills, & strong organization skills.
Must have critical thinking, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite focus on MS Excel (Macros, VBA). Desirable: Finance course and experience in budgeting and cost tracking.
Skilled in MS Office Suite focus on MS Excel (Macros, VBA).
Finance course and experience in budgeting and cost tracking is an advantage.
