Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
He shall be responsible in the overview of sub assembly and assembly of electro mechanical parts, test equipment programs, validation and verification, upgrade and/or repair.
He shall closely work with other engineers and other divisions for process and quality improvements.
Uses all digital and analog electronic test equipment and test systems to do system, assembly and PCBA failure analysis and debugging.
May support new product transfer startup/set-up, and the improvement of the failure analysis process.
Other responsibilities include asset utilization and participation on quality improvement initiatives.
He shall closely work with Electro-mechanical assemblers and Test technicians for assembly quality and FCT.
Remote support to other ATEOPS site/regions
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required:
Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or equivalent courses.
Must have high analytical skills.
Must have a high sense of urgency.
Must be capable of leading or interfacing with cross-functional teams across different levels of the organization.
Must have solid software and hardware troubleshooting skills (e.g. C++, Visual Basic).
Must be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in computer operation, MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, etc), and familiarity with internet based program navigation, with ability to generate and interpret computer data.
Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
