Job Description
MAIN TASKS :
1. Ensure availability of Test machines with high quality and high performance to support production's target output.
2. Identify Root cause of the Problem and Provide corrective actions and permanent solutions to production issues related to FPY, Scrap and OEE through structured Problem Solving to minimize manufacturing costs.
3. Anticipate potential issues may occur in test machines and plan for next steps through the use of matrix or gantchart to monitor the activities.
4. Ensure open communication through timely escalation of issues and timely updates of activities.
5. Attain and maintain technician's competitiveness in terms of machine troubleshooting for line sustenance.
6. Provide/generate Quality documents such as CCB, PDTA, MRB etch. as needed and following Quality procedures.
7. Achieve and Maintain good FPY, OEE, On-Hold and SCRAP according to targets.
8. Coordinate Test issues and Improvements regularly with Test Engineering Head Quarters.
9. Establish a strong and good collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure of getting good support and up to-date information.
10. Identify training needs for Technicians, conduct training and technical sharing in order to increase staff technical knowledge and performance.
11. Maintain the technician's high motivation by giving them challenging tasks and providing good assistance and support
12. Ensure that all materials for disposals are properly disposed by the team.
13. Support HR's CRS by attending such activities.
14. Support and Maintain a good team atmosphere/work environment.
15. Live the culture of Malasakit.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
1. Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
2. Relevant experience in Test Engineering for Electronics Company - required
3. Understanding of manufacturing and procurement/supply chain
4. CVI Programming is an advantage
5. Experience in Electronics Manufacturing - required
6. Experience in Radar and Camera Technology - Preferred
7. Relevant experience in Leading technicians
