What you will do
Lead site and cross factory pilot Test projects - that would result in improved test cost, enhanced product quality and higher productivity
Influence stakeholders - to fan out best practices across sites, through comparison studies, business case creation, ROI realizations
Conduct market scans and benchmarking - on Final Test best practices, solutions, new tools and equipment
Lead and organize cross site usergroup meetings - to ensure adherence to Equipment Life Cycle Management process, best practice sharing, and equipment selection and TCOO discussions
Provide Test capability and assessment support for external manufacturing as needed
Provide weekly progress reports on activities, attend usergroup meetings and supplier product presentations
Initiate and support initiatives for quality improvements at final test area. Drives fan-out to other BE sites thru BKM sharing. May participate in risk assessment activities (FMEA) and problem solving to extend help to the BE sites.
Be accountable to execute tasks according to plan, find solutions to keep the planning on track, escalate technical and planning issues towards the BE sites and/or the project owner/leader.
Work closely with different levels of organization; test technical support to Nexperia BGs, QA, Back-End Sites including Back-End External Manufacturing Sites and within the Backend Technology Group including E&A and Package R&D and other technical experts in Nexperia for extension of test technical expertise and supports
Maybe ask to visit and render solutions in External manufacturing or Nexperia sites base on expertise
Project coordination and management of the assigned collaborative items with the Nexperia sites, Backend Engineering, Business Group and other teams in Technology & Operations

A. Work Experience:
At least 10 years' experience working in Semiconductor company under Final Test or related support group (Test Equipment, Test Process, Test AOI, Test Engineering, Product Engineering)
Knowledgeable with semiconductor assembly and test process.
Knowledgeable on discrete and standard products (logic, PMOS, etc) an advantage
Familiar with various Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and test handlers (e.g. Turret handlers)
Familiar with data analysis tool (e.g. Spotfire, Power BI, JMP, Minitab)
Experience in Data Analytics - statistics - GR&R, MSA
B. Education/Field of Study
Graduate of Engineering Course or other related courses
Strong electronic fundamentals an advantage
C. Professional Requirements/Skills:
Experienced on FMEA, Risk assessment,
