POSITION OVERVIEW
As ADI expands its new product and market segments, the Battery Management System (BMS) Group is looking for a highly skilled Test Development Engineer who will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of an effective high-performance Test solution targeted for Industrial and Automotive markets.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
At least 5 years of relevant experience in analog, digital and mixed-signal test development or similar technical role
Proficiency in developing test solutions on Advantest 93K (advantage), Teradyne Eagle (ETS-364) or similar platforms
Strong background in electronics, circuit analysis, IC test and measurement methods .
Knowledge in simulation and development tools such as Cadence Allegro, Phyton, LTSpice, MultiSim, etc.
Motivated, results oriented and creative problem solver with good writing, presentation and overall communication skills
Willingness and ability to learn something new quickly
Comfortable taking calculated risks
Innately curious with a desire to understand the business model, operations, financial structure for the organization
Has a bias for action and works in collaboration with others to deliver results
High tolerance for ambiguity
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
As a Test Development Engineer, you will perform a full range of activities including, but not limited to:
Hardware development (schematic design, debug, validation until manufacturing release)
Software development to support product qualification, customer sampling, characterization and full production ramp
Release Test Solution that guarantees performance according to automotive specifications and ensuring the company's desired level of quality and reliability.
Implement test improvements to achieve optimum quality coverage, test time and throughput.
Entails heavy collaboration with Design, Product Engineering and Project Managers across ADI global sites
