Principal responsibilities:
Designs and introduce Equipment hardware Jigs and fixtures that will resolves set-up variabilities. Target deliverable: Improved equipment qualification cycle time and release procedure.
Provides simplified /modified equipment GR&R process for quick setup buy-off and release procedure for newly converted and bought equipment and set-up. Target deliverable: Improved equipment qualification cycle time and release procedure.
Provides technical expertise in equipment optical design and improvements to the Vendor. Target deliverable: Equipment conversion and cycle time reduction.
Develops customized application tools/scripts that can be used by equipment engineering teams in system debugging and result analysis such as MATLAB, JMP etc. Target deliverable: Reduced MTTR for Line Sustaining Team by using customized application tools/scripts
At least 5 years in semiconductor manufacturing specifically in field of Equipment Engineering, optical testing, design and development
Your education and experiences
Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering -(Electrical/Electronics/Computer or equivalent)
At least 5 years in semiconductor manufacturing specifically in field of Equipment Engineering, optical testing, design and development
Strong knowledge and experience in various optical camera such as Radiant, Baumer, Prosilica, Cognex, Vimba camera together various Imaging SW - Matlab -Avantes etc.
Experienced in optical testing methodology and Equipment and systems integration and automations
Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills.
Knowledge and experience in various scripting software tools applicable for system automations - Bash, Batch, C+, VB etc
Ability to read, interpret, and create electronics and electrical schematic diagrams.
