Are you an ambitious and established test automation engineer who is looking for the next step in your testing career? Tribal's Manila team are looking for an established test automation engineer to join them in the development of one of our Tribal software.
The role
The role of Test Automation Engineer is to play a leading role in the continuous improvement of the quality of Tribal software, using automated test techniques in order to surpass customer expectations, being an advocate for generating and implementing ideas which improve quality and efficiency within the testing lifecycle, and coaching less experienced members of the team in order to drive expertise in the discipline of automated software testing.
This role gives an experienced automation tester the opportunity to not only put your own stamp on our automation testing but support in defining the strategy for the team moving forward.
What can I bring to the role?
It goes without saying that you will help make the testing process more efficient by identifying opportunities that will benefit the most with automation. Making use of their technical know how to create effective and robust automated tests that will help the team re-align their focus on more important things.
You will need to have experience in automating tests for desktop and web applications. You will also need to be experienced with automation tools such as Testcomplete and Selenium (or similar software). Being knowledgeable in these technologies will also help you be more effective in your work: REST, Xpath, Oracle/SQL, XML/JSON.
Familiarity with Data Driven/Keyword Driven/ and Behavior Driven Testing, Fiddlr is an advantage.
