Roles and Responsibilities
- Test Plan and Test Cases preparation using a test management tool
- Review Requirements and Provide Gap Analysis during the inception phase of the project and provide feedback to Projects and Dev teams
- Design Test Cases derived from Business Requirements
- Execute multi-levels of testing: Functional, Integration and Regression, and End to End testing. Familiarity with API Testing is good to have
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, and any Test Automation tool (eg. Selenium & PostMan is highly considerable)
- Raise, Track, and follow-up defect closures
- Assist QA Lead in day-to-day testing activities
- Training and On-Boarding
- Ensure to deliver well-validated and high-quality applications
- Being a Team Player is a MUST; will be able to adapt to our team culture:
- Quick-witted and able to communicate negative things in a positive way
- Asks a lot of questions and creative ideas
- Will support the team whenever it is required
Required Experience
- More than 4 years of manual testing experience (Automation Experience is highly considerable)
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be willing to work in the office for 2 months during the training period
A Successful Candidate must have
- Inquisitive and acute skill in exploring and analyzing requirements
- Concrete passion in learning the complexities of the application and its configurations, and learn new tools
- Ability to handle multiple projects and collaborate with different teams and nationalities remotely
- Experience in testing Financial or Insurance applications
