Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a producer of quality baked products in the country. Our respective client is looking for a Territory Sales Supervisor who will oversee the daily sales operations of sales representatives that are assigned to a particular geographical area. This role will be reporting to the Group Sales Manager, with onsite/field work set-up and is located in Antipolo/Malabon/Baquio/Tacloban Leyte .
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Maintaining customer relationships
Setting and meeting sales targets to increase revenue
Finding ways to ensure efficiency of sales operations
Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
Present products and services to prospective customers
Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
Assess sales performance according to KPIs
Monitor competition within assigned region
Prepare and submit reports
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any business-related course
At least 5 years work experience in FMCG or food manufacturing industry
Willing to do field work
Highly motivated, enthusiastic and with strong personality
Distinctive communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills
Flexible and resourceful in challenging and changing situations
