PRODUCT SALES REPRESENTATIVE
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Work in close collaboration with Sales Supervisor and office managing trade relationships, implementing plans & programs developed and monitoring KPI achievement.
Must achieve area target outlet coverage, offtake by SKU (Stock Keeping Unit), numeric & weighted distribution by SKU, call efficiency (strike rate), outlet drop size, OOS (Out of stock) control and excellent merchandising.
YOU ARE:
Graduate of High School or any vocational courses.
Have at least 6 months field sales and driving experience in multinational FMCG company.
Passionate about achieving individual and team objectives.
Have desire and ability to learn.
Adaptable, flexible and open to change.
Must have Professional Driver's License with Restriction Code 1,2,3
