Description:
Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a producer of quality baked products in the country. Our respective client is seeking a Territory Sales manager who will supervise the everyday sales operations of sales representatives that are assigned to a particular geographical area. this function will be reporting to the Group Sales Manager, with onsite/field work set-up and is located in Antipolo/Malabon/Baquio/Tacloban Leyte .
Tasks and Job responsibilities:
» Maintaining customer relationships
» Setting and meeting sales targets to increase revenue
» Finding ways to ensure efficiency of sales operations
» Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
» Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
» Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
» Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
» Present products and services to prospective customers
» Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
» Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
» Assess sales performance according to KPIs
» Monitor competition within assigned region
» Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
» Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any business-related course
» At least 5 years work practice in FMCG or food manufacturing industry
» Willing to do field work
» Highly motivated, enthusiastic and with strong personality
» Distinctive communication and presentation expertise, strong analytical and conceptual expertise
» Flexible and resourceful in challenging and changing situations
