Description * Job responsibilities:
Prepares, measures, and mixes fuel additives
Collates, records, and reviews daily inventory, product receiving, product transfer reports of additives, dyes, and blending components and reconciles their daily movements
Updates daily product stock reports and submits these to relevant parties
Analyzes product movements and maintains the integrity of the inventory data
Reports variances and reasons for variances
Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
Job Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of a Business course or equivalent
- Experience in related work is an advantage
- Willing to be assigned at SEAOIL Depot
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be detail-oriented, organized and trustworthy
- Physically fit
