Key Responsibilities
This position will support the cluster Sales team and centre trade and marketing teams to manage and grow assigned accounts in line with organizational strategy, goals, policies and processes.
This position will be responsible to own Key Client Business Accounts (Walmart, Ford, Daimler, etc.) and will be responsible for end to end delivery of the account. This will include Quoting, tendering, BAF calculation & contract maintenance, coordinating on disputes and ensure invoices are collected on time.
Will act as a single point of contact for all sales account owners / customer service teams and own the account from GSC.
Who we are looking for
Master or Bachelor degree from recognized university.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Customer Service, Tender, Sales and Performance Management
The position requires excellent English in written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure - with high sense of urgency
Detail oriented - ability to perform processes as per pre-defined design
With strong Customer Service Mindset
Knowledge of Tenders and Global freight forwarders systems
Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges
Basic knowledge on quotes / tenders is an advantage
Good presentation and Microsoft excel skills
Must have a critical analytical skills / foresee challenges
