Apply Coding guidelines to accurately code precedents into the assembly platform by:
· Working with Product Development Managers, Practice Area Editors and platform solution provider HD Advance to ensure documents are loaded into the platform to a high level of customer usability and quality;
· Providing feedback where editing of the precedent is ambiguous or requires further consideration, ensuring accuracy, authoritativeness and comprehensiveness of material that meets customer benchmarks;
· Keeping current with the features and capabilities of the document assembly platform as it adapts to LexisNexis market needs;
· Identification, input, and proposal to process improvement for content loading activity and assembly platform optimization;
· Working within process guidelines and standard operating procedures. Ability to make independent recommendations/proposals for process and system improvements.
Apply Coding guidelines to accurately code Forms into the assembly platform by:
· Confirmation of the assigned task in email or by any means the notator is using.
· Reviewing the task assigned to ensure that all the input files are presently attached and also has clear instructions, and the requirements are specified.
· Familiarization on the confirmed approach to coding per Area of Law.
· Consistently create/develop smart template according to specifications using the HD Advance system.
· Asking queries to the notators if there are any notation related questions.
· Work in a collaborative environment on developing complex calculations, condition expression that a forms/precedent may require. Calibration with other coders for what would be the best solutions to any previous issues or how to speed up any repetitive tasks.
· Analyze and independently identify complex custom template requirements.
· Ensures that the template has the correct attributes and specifications for the purpose of accuracy and strictly following the QA checklist.
· Checking of interview if it is working based on the requirements set in the notation.
· Sending notification of the completed task in a promptly manner to the notators for their review.
· Reviewing/recoding of automated Forms/Precedents based on the notators review/comment.
Publishing of the coded Forms/Precedents to the production website.
