TELEMEDICAL ASSISTANT
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Nursing/Psychology or other Medical Allied Courses (License is not required but an advantage
At least six months work experience in a Hospital/ Clinic/ Diagnostic Center/ Customer Service, but not required.
Computer literate
Must be willing to undergo training (telemedicine program) prior to actual duty
Must be willing to work full-time on an 8-hr shifting schedule (24/7 operations)
Amenable to work in Makati City
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Duties and Responsibilities
Inform the patient about Medgate services, products and partner clients
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies, meeting Medgate standards
Does proper triaging of patients
Handles member’s medical concerns
Records patient’s personal data in the Patient Management System (PMS)
Office address: 4/F Dolmar Gold Tower, 107 C. Palanca Street Legaspi Village, Brgy. San Lorenzo, Makati City
