Facilitates Contacting leads via email, calls, social media
Tracks all progress via spreadsheet and google suite and presents update report to supervisor
Coordinates with nationwide company representatives and leads
Schedules and prepares materials for Corporate presentations
Follows up representatives for leads progress
Job Qualifications
Must have a background on specifications selling
Construction Industry experience of at least 1 year
Willing to learn, respectful, knows how to organize tasks
Must know how to speak or present well online or in person
CALL CENTER AGENTS are also encourage to apply.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
NOT REQUIRED BUT A PLUS
Knows how to use online databases
