This is an outbound sales role comprising of outbound calls and emails to drive registrations onto business' online marketplace and/or book meetings (calls/face to face/ video conference) for the managing director to onboard clients to use our free online portal.
This role will be responsible for converting leads up to booking the initial meeting at which point the Managing Director will assume responsibility.

The candidate will need to bring their own experience of outbound sales and are encouraged to challenge the process as we will be looking to adapt and evolve our approach accordingly.

Daily activities
Time allocation guidance - open to flexing accordingly
5% - Meetings / training / 360 degree feedback
10% - Input/ update leads into CRM
85% - Outbound sales
Administrative function
o Input new lead/ opportunity data into CRM
o Maintain CRM data integrity
Outbound sales calls
o Qualify lead data completing all mandatory fields
o Book meetings for Managing Director
Outbound emails
o Follow email sales process for engaging new customers
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Telemarketer, outbound sales represenatative/caller and qualifying leads
Working knowledge of customer relationship management software and data analysis
Excellent motivational skills and works will with a team but also able to work alone
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques
Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry
Ability to pay strong attention to detail
