Review and process physician and NP orders in multiple EHR systems.
Enter and track orders across skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and home health agencies (HHAs).
Verify order execution and follow up on completion.
Act as primary nursing contact for order-related communications.
Clarify orders with physicians as needed.
Coordinate with Telehealth Care Coordinators to align orders with patient care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA/CMS standards.
Support audits and quality reviews with order-related data.
Follow team and/or client's proper procedures, policies, and methodologies as instructed.
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
Active RN or USRN license.
Clinical experience in acute, post-acute, or home health settings preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Proficient with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote telehealth environment.
Interest in medical informatics, data analysis, or quality improvement is a plus.
