Summary:
Implements, installs, monitors, troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs ACD, CDR, PBX, Predictive Dialers, Voice Mail, IVR, Voice networks, Data Networks, Cabling infrastructure
Provides reports, completes request for new or moving of service, and modifies inbound and outbound routing of calls.
Provides technical support to external and internal customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in RingCentral and Nice InContact platforms is a must
Required Expertise: ACD, MAX, Studio, Quality Management, Interactions, Analytics and WFM
Amenable to work on shifting schedules
Amenable to working hybrid/onsite in Pasig
Can start ASAP
