Backbone Transmission System
GSM-R System
CCTV
Passenger Information Display
Wi-Fi System
Public Address System
CCTV
Master Clock
Flight Information Display
Meteorological and Seismic Monitoring System
Responsibilities
Lead the Test and Commissioning Team for NSCR-EX Project.
Lead and manage the internal base line T&C delivery from Design.
Lead the baseline upgrade at site.
Update / prepare the T&C Procedures as and when required.
Customer Management Onsite for T&C Activity.
Preparation of T&C reports.
Uploading the test reports in AEC with due time.
Prepare and send daily T&C report for all the T&C related activities via email.
Lead for as-built of project.
Input and reviews in order to maintain high quality of application design team from engineering.
Lead the calibration process and T&C tools and material requirements. * Lead 4Ms for T&C and Installation Handovers.
Send Bi-Monthly T&C Synopsis to other stake holders of the project.
Renewing T&C Application for Work Clearance (AFWC) every month within due time.
Replying on GCR comments on test report in due time.
