Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or any relevant course
At least 1 year experience in Local Telecom Accounts reconciliation and invoice processing
Ability to meet deadline
Ability to work well in a team environment
Must be detail-oriented
Proficient in Excel
Amenable to work under a Third Party Agency
Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, most likely graveyard shift
Amenable to work onsite if needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform verification of supporting documentation to ensure invoices are authorized and approved within company policies
Coordinate with TechMod team, HR, ISP deployment team, and vendor to make sure the billing is accurate
Work with the requestor, approver, and/or supplier to resolve telecom/internet invoice processing issues
Prepare telecom listing and schedules (PLDT, Innove, Converge, Sky Cable, Globe and Smart)
Contributes ideas and actions towards the continuous improvement of telecom/internet invoice processing-related tasks within their area of influence
