JOB DESCRIPTION:
Installs, maintains and administers Cisco routers and switches, Fortigate firewalls, Sonicwall firewalls, Juniper firewalls, PFSense firewalls, Squid proxy, Ruckus wireless equipment and other network equipment like:
o New installation/deployment
o Hardware Upgrades/replacement and repairs
o Software patch and updates
o Configuration Changes, Configuration Backup, Configuration Restoration
o Equipment performance Management
o Log monitoring
2. Provides support for the applications used in the operations such as:
o FSSO for Fortigate, Network Access Management
o Dialer services (RingCentral / ViciDial)
o Wazuh + Kibana
o Dual Factor Authentication
o Nagios, Cacti
3. Provides support for production connectivity:
o Network Availability Management (99.9% SLA)
o Network Load Balancing
o WAN Vendor Management
o Performs network equipment hardening
o Performs quarterly VA and Network Equipment hardware/software maintenance activities
o Provides quarterly VA report
o Provides capacity and performance monitoring for all Network Infrastructure components.
o Provides Incident and Request resolution related to the Network Operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Fresh grads are welcome to apply
• Strong knowledge of the following Network Equipment brands: Cisco Routers and Switches, Fortigate / Sonicwall firewalls, Linux Based routers/firewalls.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willing to work on 24/7 shifting schedule in Makati City
• CCNA Certification
Preferred:
• Knowledgeable in PCI DSS, GDPR, SOC2, ISO20007 is an advantage
• Working knowledge on Asterisk, Vicidial or Ring Central is an advantage but not required
