The Lead Development Executive will report directly into the Senior Marketing Manager - ANZ and will have a dotted reporting line into the Asia/Pacific Lead Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound warm calling qualifying, booking, and setting appointments for the sales teams from a target list of accounts across Small, Medium and Large Enterprise (Commercial and Public Sector).
Outbound cold calling prospective customers from a target list of accounts across Small, Medium and Large Enterprise (Commercial and Public Sector).
Using & Developing Tele-Scripts to distribute product information, marketing information, sales information to customers and then systematically nurturing and follow up prospective leads with the aim to generate product interest, drive prospects to marketing events, follow up customers post event and set appointments for salespeople to build sales opportunities.
Outbound calling to recruit audience acquisition for marketing & sales events, webinars, programs, and roundtables.
Outbound audience event & prospective marketing leads follow up post events.
Developing a combination of Outbound Tele-Marketing, social media (LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and EMAIL lead generation tactics to generate sales demand opportunities while building out the existing CRM system & in-house customer database contacts.
Maintaining and updating our company CRM System with all marketing & sales opportunities, leads and prospect customer details.
Working with Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales & Pre-Sales Teams in a cross-matrix organization across ANZ & Asia/Pacific
The ability to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI's defined by the Senior Marketing Manager - ANZ.
Accurately documenting all Outbound tele-marketing calls including customer organization name, contact name, mobile telephone number, business email address our CRM system.
Accurately documenting and report weekly on Outbound Tele-Marketing programs and call / program status and net steps.
Present bi-weekly call down reports to Asia/Pacific Chief Marketing Office, Senior Marketing Manager - ANZ and various senior stakeholders.
Persuasively engage customers and overcome objections &/ or concerns around company or product information distribution.
Must Have Skills for this Position:
100% Fluent in English (as a first or second language).
The ability to work ANZ business hours (Australian Eastern Standard Time).
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Proficiency with CRM systems (eg: Microsoft Dynamics 365) or similar.
Have a professional and respectful phone manner and etiquette.
3 years+ Sales or Tele Sales / Marketing Experience
Ability to think fast, tenacious and handle rejection.
Ability to digest complex marketing & sales materials and then have the capability to explain the information in a succinct and simple manner.
Ask relevant questions to uncover potential marketing & sales opportunities.
The ability to manage multiple stakeholders across ANZ and Asia/Pacific.
The ability to work to deadlines.
Must have attention to detail, excellent time management skills and drive to learn and be successful.
