The Technology Solutions Analyst helps to leverage technology in the recruitment process. As an expert in Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting technologies, the Technology Solutions Analyst will work with new and existing clients to optimize their use of technology in Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities
Primarily responsible for setup and optimization of Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment technology for new clients. Cielo uses many different ATS systems, so mastery of multiple systems is necessary.
Participate in new client launches, ensuring alignment of process and technology including process mapping, system setup and testing, and interfacing with teams and clients to ensure smooth launch.
Leverage technology to enhance processes, leading or participating in technology implementations with existing clients.
Work with 3rd party vendors to ensure seamless process delivery.
Champion technology internally across clients, fostering knowledge and optimization of technology to raise the bar throughout the organization.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Must have 2+ years of results-oriented experience in implementing or optimizing systems, solutions, process improvements and analytics.
Experience in Talent Acquisition is highly desirable.
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Expert skills working with one or more Applicant Tracking Systems.
Understanding of the recruitment process.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Internet and other related software.
