Job Description
Establishes strong relationships and manages the partnerships with priority Technology Partners. Technology Partners include, but not limited to, LGUs, National Government Agencies in the regions, Site lessors, Power and Water companies, Homeowner's Associations, Industry organizations, and Regional/Provincial Distributors
Addresses network related concerns of Technology Partners by collaborating with various PLDT/SMART teams
Coordinates with concerned line heads and employees, third-party partners, and subject matter experts, in performing its regular duties and responsibilities
Leads and facilitates all formal project/coordination meetings and discussions essential for effective project management including dissemination of information and instructions to project members and/or stakeholders, and preparation and release of minutes of all meeting for projects assigned.
Assists in speeding up site acquisition and addresses permitting issues to ensure fast network rollout.
Establishes relationships with and manages site lessors to ensure continued operation of the site and unhampered access by Network teams.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to tim
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering or Information Technology or related courses
With at least 2 years of account management experience
Experience with developing and managing partnerships is an advantage
Must have trainings in any: Technology 101, Network Overview, Smart Product Knowledge, At least two (2) in-house leadership and behavioral trainings
With above average negotiation and persuasion skills
Good oral, written communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills and motivation
Ability to organize people and collaborate with various groups to achieve objectives
Able to communicate well with people of various backgrounds
Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast paced environment and a true team player
Able to come up with creative solutions to problems
With substantial knowledge of the Area of Responsibility- political, social and economic
Must be residing in - Laguna
