Roles and Responsibilities:
Technical Lead identifies technical design and clarifies implementation; Reviews code to ensure meeting of Definition of Done.
Breaks down technical requirements into tasks to plan an iteration with the scrum team
Collaboratively codes, tests and builds software according to requirements and acceptance criteria
Accountable to maintain code quality
Attends scrum ceremonies
Supports deployment & feature release process
Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar.
Moderate Verbal and written communication skills in English.
Essential:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in development and testing of applications/products.
Minimum 1+ years of experience on React JS and Node JS/ Express JS
Minimum 2+ years of experience on Javascript knowledge and advanced concepts
Minimum 3+ years of experience on HTML5 and DOM
Advanced CSS knowledge (Grid, Flexbox, Media Queries)
Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
Preferred:
Exposure to Docker, AWS
Exposure to Redis, Redux, Terraform, webpack
Additional Skills:
Excellent customer interfacing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
