What will your job look like?
-You will be accountable for infra/IT strategy to be defined and planned accurately, prioritizing service targets of multiple projects and interfaces simultaneously, cultivate service orientation and enforce to agreed SLAs, responsible for meeting infra/IT SLA and manage internal important metrics. Become a trusted advisor, to pro-actively strive to understand the challenges of the service partner, the needs of the customer/business groups
-Lead services from establishment to OGS (ongoing support) for internal & external business customers, serving as ultimate issues management and problem resolution, be responsible for assuring End-to-End production architecture design, setup, implementation and operation is managed and delivered accurately
-You will mentor the managers to creative services, even if diverging from pre-defined processes to provide resolution for meaningful customers
All you need is...
-12+ years' experience in software development or infrastructure management including people management
-Diverse experience in infra/IT dimensions
-Broad understanding of the relevant domain (e.g. products)
-Computer Engineering Degree or equivalent a must, advanced degree an advantage
