Ensure fast and efficient work rate that would capture the service level agreements when it comes to repair
Update all pending cases and attend to each without any compromise
Performing tests and evaluations on new products of Whiteplane
Providing support to users
Conducting daily inventory report on spares and needed allocations is service center
Managing technical documentation
Field Service
Graduate of Electronics Engineering or any other related courses
With at least 1 year of experience in hands-on repairs and appliance maintenance
Adept in operating basic test equipment
Knowledgeable with MS Office
Good interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
