Responsible for execution of electrical testing for reliability lots in support of technology, product and assembly qualifications
- Performs electrical testing for reliability lots in support of technology, product and assembly qualifications.
- Performs additional electrical verification for qual parts failing at posttest.
- Update RMS in timely manner on electrical test results
- Request electrical test allocation on a weekly basis or as deem necessary to EBR or production test planner
- Performs other duties assigned
Qualifications
Education / Experience
Graduate of an Electronics related course, or equivalent is preferred.
Preferably knowledgeable in test operation but not required
preferably have knowledge in semiconductor assembly and test operations
Skills
Knows basic electronics, assembly processes, test manufacturing operations, package inspection and environmental testing.
Possess good electronic troubleshooting skill
Understand operation of test equipment
Analytical, methodological, dependable and have good communications skills.
