Will be under 6S & Logistics Team.
Support and improve 6S in Manufacturing Line.
Support any improvements in Manufacturing Line & process concerning Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost issues.
Support closure on E-Safety, 6S Red Tag & LPA findings.
Support in providing the logistics needed in the line such as working tables, kanban tables, etc.
Support in designing/improvement of logistics in Manufacturing Line.
Will coordinate/communicate/deal people to accomplish the activity well.
Will lead the in-house hauling.
Will lead the layout execution in Manufacturing Line.
Activity documentation & reports.
Support ESD compliancy with regards to logistics such as tables, cabinets, shelves chairs & pushcarts.
Qualifications
Can be an Operator/Tech as long as graduate of technical vocational course and knows how to interpret mechanical drawings/mechanism and most especially in world class aluminum fixture being used in the line.
Able to navigate Manufacturing System such as E-Safety, 6S Red Tags & LPA.
Has strong sense of Ownership, Urgency & Coordination Skills.
Knowledgeable on Microsoft Tools such as Ms Word, Excel & Power Point.
With good communication skills both oral & written - for coordination/communication.
Passionate for improvement projects.
