Responsibilities:
Perform first level verification and data gathering on yield and QA sampling problems during production test
Monitor machine downtime using Manufacturing Execution System
Documentation of engineering issues through IRAC system
Collaborate with cross functional teams for yield, tester, hardware and quality issues
Escalate engineering issues to Product Owners / Test Product Engineers and other engineering teams.
Requirements:
Graduate of Electronics Technology, Industrial Technology major in Electronics, Computer Engineering Technology, Electronics and Communications Engineering technology and similar 3 and 4-year technology courses
Knowledge in electronics and circuit analysis
Able to operate different equipment and tools for Wafersort and/or final test
Able to perform basic isolation and data gathering
Able to interpret Setup Sheet to be able to determine the setup requirements Able to collaborate and Proficient in oral and written communication
