The Role:
We're looking for a Technical Writer to create, edit, and review content for our high-profile SaaS clients. We specialise in creating content for every stage of the SaaS sales funnel. From product pages to thought leadership blogs, you will be required to craft content that makes complex ideas accessible to a wide range of audiences - from the layman to enterprise-level decision-makers.
Role Responsibilities:
Creating high-quality, technical content such as blogs, case studies, product and landing pages, and more
Working with the SEO team to develop editorial calendars
Supporting/training other writers to create technical content
Liaising with clients to act on feedback and produce high-quality content
Editing other writers' content to ensure accuracy and quality
About you:
To excel in this role, you will need:
At least 3 years of technical writing experience
Excellent knowledge of SaaS products and marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience seeing technical content projects through from beginning to end
A finger on the pulse of new technologies and trends in the SaaS industry
