Xendit's vision is to build digital infrastructure for Southeast Asia, supporting customers from fast-growing startups, NGOs to multinational enterprises such as Traveloka, Lazada, Garuda Indonesia, Suzuki, and Ciputra.
At Xendit, you will be working with Senior Architects, Engineers and key business stakeholders to document and manage information related to Special Projects. You are expected to be detail oriented, used to a fast paced environment and document workflows with GAP analysis. You will be the key for us to design an Enterprise Level Integration Framework for Payment services.
Responsibilities
Interact with the Senior Architects, Engineers and business stakeholders to understand the business processes, functions, and capabilities being requested for Special Project
Translate business and technical requirement documentation into easily understood descriptions of system functionality for use by the business service teams and engineering management.
Verify that the integrated system changes match the business requirements.
Identify, document, and communicate any risks, dependencies or issues which might arise due to change request
Ability to adapt to schedule changes & slips, project re-scopes, and customer directed changes to ensure compliant product delivery.
Adheres to development processes and methodologies and demonstrates initiative for suggesting improvements.
Reviews designs with Development, QA, Internal Stakeholders and Customers as appropriate.
You may be a good fit if
4+ year technical writing/business analyst experience with at least 2+ years experience working on large scale integration projects
Proven ability to document stakeholder needs, product features, and corresponding functional specifications for enterprise business applications
Experience designing and prototyping user experience and UI screen design for web applications
Ability to rapidly learn an application, new tools and techniques in order to become quickly productive
Creative approach to problem solving and issue resolution
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined and ability to multitask
Strong consultative, analytical and decision making skills
Experience working in various development life cycle processes
Understanding of web-based technologies
Knowledge of source code management and configuration management
General understanding data and entity relationships and coding principles.
Use of mockup or prototyping tools
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
