JOB SUMMARY: To produce high-quality documentation through manuals that contributes to the overall success and guidance of the company procedures and compliance.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
- Work with all departments of the company to obtain an in-depth understanding of the procedures and process. Document every step.
- Analyze existing procedure. Identify if there is a lacking step and potential risk. Suggest to improve process.
- Produce high-quality documentation or company manuals that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for all its employees to use as a reference and guidance.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
2. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text.
3. Excellent written skills in English
4. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
