Draft, edit and format basic to moderately complex technical manuals, project and/or other technical documentation. Drafts and/or edit basic web content. Researches and translates technical information for technical and non-technical users. Uses developing knowledge of HTML, JavaScript languages and other web-based tools to assist in web-publishing projects. Authors basic help screens for e-tools, primarily with information supplied by others. Conducts basic audience analysis. Edit and/or reformat copy and ensures documentation is in compliance with corporate standards. Follows established guidelines for organization and design of work. May maintain document library or repository. May create graphical technical presentations for others.
Market Skills and Certifications
Candidates must be a graduate of any course in College/Associate or has completed 2 years in college with no back subjects
3 - 5 years of experience in technical/business writing; application content management
Tools such as Web Experience Management (WEM) Open Text platform (proprietary) Any web based publishing platform/Content Management and other web-based tools to assist in web-publishing projects
Knowledge of the following systems: Web Experience Management (WEM) Open Text platform and Treasury Management Knowledge Center
Uses developing knowledge of HTML, JavaScript languages and other web-based tools to assist in web-publishing projects
Working hours: 5:00AM to 2:00PM
