Job Description
Provides technical information in order to address the specific need/requirement of the Chief Operating Officer through analysis of information, offering a broad range of ideas and diverse perspectives, using a variety of approaches, techniques, strategies, resources and innovative thinking to find solutions to challenges and provide well documented assessments and reports.
This position ensures that the Chief Operating Officer's directives, required information/data and updates on programs/initiatives are communicated accurately and in a timely manner with the Chief Operating Officer's direct reports and other executives, while maintaining confidentiality in sharing information.
 
Eligibility
At least 2 years experience in technical assistant work or related field
College graduate with a degree in Business or Engineering or relevant field
Good business acumen and the ability to build relationships and liaise with diverse team members and partners
Good time management, organization, decision-making and administrative skills
Confidentiality, good judgment and diplomacy for matters that are highly sensitive in nature
An ability to analyze and improve administrative processes, protocols and procedures
