Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
     1. Goals :
To provide manpower support in the training section of CSD for both Foton and Chery
To comply on the targets set for both on WBT and IBT courses.
To support training programs set by UAAGI with the dealer network.
2. BASIC FUNCTIONS: (Indicate primary purpose of position and those major factors that distinguish this position from others)
Provide technical training.
Monitor all training accomplishments and competency profile of all stewards of the dealer network.
3. RESPONSIBILITIES: (Describe nature of responsibilities and types of decisions made. Clearly define responsibility limits.)
Establish schedules of training sessions, bookings and in notifying all related parties involve.
Taking Responsibility for Ensuring training rooms, venues, equipment catering arrangements, and other requirements are booked up or cancelled in advance.
Printing of training support materials Participant handouts for training courses.
Setting up the training laboratory, clears it up before and after every training session.
Gathering training records, certificates of previous training or qualifications achieved from the new joiners via standard application form for personal profiles.
Recording all participants training attendance.
Compiling training program evaluation questionnaires from training participants and submit a summary report after every training session.
Monitoring training records and files of both Instructor Based Training and Web Based Training up to date and communicating feedback to the dealer Aftersales Managers.
Keeping Inventories of training supplies, tools, equipment and training materials up to date and submit quarterly report.
Provide training needs analysis that can help improve competency of dealer manpower.
Create participants’ training feedback and discuss with concerned Aftersales Managers every after conducted training.
Perform other tasks as the need arises.
Requirements:

Preferably a graduate of mechanical engineering course or any automotive related courses.
Preferably with experience in conducting technical trainings.
Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
Effective organization skills and display creativity and resourcefulness that can contribute in the competency profile and TNA.
Knows how to drive and have driver’s license.
Additional seminars and training in the automotive will be helpful.
